Pricing & Billing
The contract runs for one year and renews automatically. You can cancel at the end of the current term. There are no hidden fees.
Yes. You can test selected products free of charge for 14 days with no obligation. No credit card is required.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, TWINT and bank transfer. Clubs can also pay by invoice.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The price difference is charged pro rata. Downgrades are possible at the end of the term.
You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, your data remains stored for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
Technical questions
All data is hosted on Swiss servers and transferred with SSL encryption. We create daily backups and meet the relevant GDPR requirements.
Our standard support usually replies by email within 24 hours. Professional customers receive priority support via chat and phone. Enterprise customers also get a dedicated contact person.
Yes. Our solutions offer extensive options for adjusting colors, layouts and content. For more complex needs, we also provide custom development.
Yes. Enterprise customers get access to our REST API for integrations with other systems, such as membership management or ticketing tools.
