Payment Methods
Payment on the website www.Klubportal.com is made in euros. Prices are retail, expressed in euros and Croatian kunas with the corresponding VAT. Fixed exchange rate: 1 EUR = 7.53450 HRK. The price of each product is determined individually. The process of entering prices on the website is a highly controlled process, but entering prices involves a human factor and may result in errors. All prices listed are valid for online purchases, regardless of any in-store prices for the same product.
The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice, exclusively for the webshop. Additionally, the seller is authorized, without prior notice, to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for specific products, product groups, and/or all products. Delaying the dispatch or pickup of products on promotion is possible only if the products are prepaid, either by bank transfer or credit card payment.
You can pay for ordered products in the following ways:
- Bank Transfer or General Payment Order (Virman):
- SEPA Direct Debit
- Debit or Credit Cards: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Premium, Visa Inspire, Diners, or Discover
Payment via Bank Transfer or General Payment Order: If you have chosen payment via bank transfer or general payment order, a confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address. Employees of the online store klubportal.com will contact you if necessary.
If payment is made via general payment order or bank transfer, the user must provide the following information:
- Payment to IBAN account: HR3624020061101092455
- Reference number: enter the order number
- Recipient: Klubportal j.d.o.o., Gračanski Mihaljevac 7, 10000 Zagreb
Upon receipt of the payment, we will send you the ordered products. Ordered products are delivered to the customer in accordance with the delivery terms.
Payment with Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Premium, Visa Inspire, Diners, or Discover Cards: If you have chosen payment by credit card, on the secure Stripe page, select the type of credit card you are using (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Premium, or Diners) and enter the credit card owner’s details and other required information.
Single payments are available for Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard and Maestro.
