GDPR – Am I allowed to film?

Klubportal.tv is fully committed to achieving and upholding ongoing compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This means yes, you are allowed to film in public areas like a soccer field, a gymnastic hall and just about everywhere public. Now, before you are about to live stream you always have to ask if every player or performer is ok with that. Always use consent as a general rule to ask. If someone in the team or a performer is not ok with being recorded for whatever reason you have to respect that, this way you are following the GDPR guidelines.
